CASEWORK, ADVOCACY, AND REFERRAL
At MARSS we provide casework, advocacy, and referral services in line with the 9 settlement standards. Our caseworkers can help with education, employment, health, housing, language, transport, community participation, family and social support, and justice.
Under our Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) program, MARSS provides casework, advocacy and referral services to eligible migrants and refugees in the ACT. A SETS caseworker can help you on your settlement journey.
Under SETS, MARSS also promotes growth in the community through its Community Capacity Building program (CCB). Through the CCB program MARSS works with current and emerging community leaders to develop solutions to achieve their community goals.
